You are NOT purchasing:

• Ownership of the content or any intellectual property rights
• The right to share, resell, copy, or redistribute the materials
• Any physical product or physical delivery

3. Access to Course Content

Upon successful payment, you will receive access to your purchased course via the designated course platform. Access is granted to the individual purchaser only and may not be transferred to another person.

I reserve the right to update, modify, or remove course content at any time in order to keep materials accurate and relevant. Significant removals of core content will be communicated to active students.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By completing a purchase, you authorise Stripe to charge your payment method for the amount displayed.

I am not responsible for any additional charges imposed by your bank or card issuer (e.g. foreign transaction fees).

5. Refund Policy — 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

I offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all course purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase date.

After the 30-day period, no refunds will be issued. This policy applies to individual purchases only and cannot be combined with promotional pricing or discounts unless stated otherwise.

All course content — including but not limited to videos, written materials, PDFs, worksheets, images, and design assets — is the intellectual property of Josue Alcantara Moreno and is protected by copyright law.

You may NOT:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any course content
• Share login credentials or course access with others
• Resell, relicense, or create derivative works based on the course
• Upload any course content to any third-party platform

Violation of these terms may result in immediate access revocation and legal action.

7. Disclaimer of Results
